Beeyouniq is a digital service that helps individuals create, refine, organize, manage, and publish content, including content intended for LinkedIn and other supported platforms.
Beeyouniq may use artificial intelligence and other technologies to provide features such as content generation, rewriting, editing, personalization, recommendations, research, ideation, and related functionality.
CBMO AI Inc. is the legal entity that operates and provides the Beeyouniq service.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Beeyouniq.
If you are using Beeyouniq on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Some features of Beeyouniq require you to create an account or connect an account from a supported third-party service.

Beeyouniq is an independent product of CBMO AI Inc. and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.
Third-party services may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue their APIs or functionality. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms that affect Beeyouniq functionality.
Beeyouniq uses artificial intelligence and related technologies to provide certain features.
AI-generated or AI-assisted output may not always be accurate, complete, original, appropriate, or suitable for your intended purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before publishing or otherwise using it.
You should not rely on Beeyouniq's AI output as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, factual inaccuracies, or similarities to content generated for other users.
You may provide content to Beeyouniq, including text, ideas, prompts, documents, images, links, audio, or other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant CBMO AI Inc. a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to:

You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide your User Content to Beeyouniq and that your use of the Service does not violate the rights of others.
Beeyouniq may help you create or prepare content, but you are responsible for the content you choose to publish.

You retain ownership of content you provide to Beeyouniq, subject to the license described in these Terms.
Beeyouniq, including its software, technology, interface, design, branding, trademarks, features, workflows, and other materials provided by CBMO AI Inc., is owned by or licensed to CBMO AI Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use AI-generated or AI-assisted output produced for you through Beeyouniq for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms and the rights of third parties.
Because AI-generated output may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction, and because similar or identical output may be generated for other users, CBMO AI Inc. does not guarantee that you will have exclusive intellectual-property rights in any AI-generated output.
You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of AI-generated output is appropriate and lawful.
Certain Beeyouniq features may require a paid subscription.
Subscription prices and available plans are displayed at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize CBMO AI Inc. and its payment service providers to charge the applicable subscription fees.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew for the applicable subscription period until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the available cancellation method provided by Beeyouniq or by contacting us.
Cancellation prevents future renewal. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you will generally retain access to paid features through the end of your current paid billing period.
Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period following cancellation.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time.
If a price change affects an existing subscription, we will provide notice where required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
CBMO AI Inc. generally does not store your complete payment card information.
Payment providers may process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping your payment method valid.

We work to keep Beeyouniq available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and CBMO AI Inc. concerning your use of Beeyouniq.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
